A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.

Palmento Rosso by Anna Martens is a fresh and juicy red wine made from 100% local red grapes, which come from old sapling vines. Refine for 9 months in wooden barrels. Artù di Fattoria San Lorenzo is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It ferments spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with 25-day maceration. The refinement is 20 months in used barriques and 4 in the bottle. Only 6000 bottles produced for this wine of excellent value for money. It has a deep ruby red color.
