Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible.
