Cellar: Podere Concori
Podere Concori was born from the idea of Gabriele Da Prato to retrieve old vineyards climbing the slopes of the Garfagnana to give dignity to the image of the wines of these areas and bring them back to the same level as the best Tuscan wines. A challenging project, but more and more real and tangible, thanks also to the help of many friends, first of all that of the oenologist Saverio petrilli. The vineyards are on a silicon-rich soil at 400 m. Conducted under a biodynamic regime. The cultivated vineyards are Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Ciliegiolo and Carrarese for an annual production of about 10000 bottles. We can say that Paul is on the right track to realize his dreams.
