Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

The Orange is a white wine macerated on the skins for about 15 days obtained from Zibibbo grapes. It is a deep yellow color tending to orange. Nocenzio is a red wine made from Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After fermentation, the wine is assembled in French oak barrels where it remains for about a year. Bottled without clarification or filtration. The nose reveals notes of small red fruits, plum jam, black cherry with pleasant hints of cocoa, mint and juniper berries. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied, with a good structure and with powerful tannins in youth. Generally it offers a feeling of elegance and austerity that increases with aging in the bottle.e.

"Nino" is a wine obtained from pure red grapes which is aged in first and second passage French oak barriques for 16 months. Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties.
