The Cahors Clos Siguier  by Clos Siguier is a deep and tannic red wine made from Malbec and Tannat grapes. Typical grapes of the area that come from vineyards of 35 that grow on calcareous soils. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts only with maceration of 3 weeks. Refinement in steel. No filtration.

Region: France, Cahors.

Grapes: 90% Malbec and 10% Tannat

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 16  months in steel.

Nevio Scala's Malvasia "Monemvasìa" is a white wine macerated on the skins which ages for about 8 months in cement tanks. The nose has aromas of lemon zest, peaches, butter and fresh flowers, while the sip is vibrant, with excellent freshness and enveloping softness.

Region: Veneto.

Grapes: Malvasia istriana.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 8 months in cement tanks.

Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

The Etcetera, Etcetera by Momento Mori is a red wine composed of a blend of about 14 red and white grapes. As each variety is harvested and brought to the cellar, it is fermented and added to that of the day before in order to have a perpetual fermentation.
