Calafata is an idea of people able to combine the quality of the products and the rigor required by the earth. Born in 2011 by the meeting of Mauro Montanaro, Marco Bechini, Maik Tintori and Lorenzo Citti, has been enriched by joining other workers from different sectors: from tourism, to communication, to alternative economy circuits, where everyone contributes with their own time And his expertise in the cooperative idea to make it more effective, plural and more beautiful in every detail. The bred vines are Vermentino, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Moscato for the Whites and Chilieglio, Aleatico, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah for the Reds. In addition to wine, oil, honey and vegetables are produced.
