Greco di Subur Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an elegant and fruity vintage sparkling wine made from Malvasia de Sitges grapes. It has a fine perlage with a golden yellow color. The "BD'3C Brut Nature champagne by Bourgeois-Diaz is obtained from a cuveè composed of the 3 classic champagne vines; Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, hence the name of the Cuveè 3C champagne. The base wine is aged for about 40% in wood. Second fermentation of at least 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
