The Bourgeois-Diaz is located in Crouttes-sur-Marne, common to the far west of the Marne Valley, 70 kilometers from Paris. Vignaioli for four generations, currently the winery is led by Jérôme Bourgeois-Diaz, who at the age of 35 has taken over the company's reins. From now on Jérôme chose for its vineyards the biodynamic philosophy, and in the cellar it carries out micro-vinification which, as in the best tradition of Burgundy, serves to fully understand the different characteristics of each plot Jérôme breeds with such dedication and love. Vineyards, which have an average age of forty years, are arranged on an area of ​​about 6 hectares so subdivided; 3.5 ha of Pinot Meunier, 2 ha of Pinot Noir, 1.5 ha of Chardonnay and a small plot of Pinot Bianco. The base wines of Jérôme refine in oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks and after the formation of the cuveè the foaming takes at least two years for the champagne base and sixty months for the millet cuvee. Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz shows incredible fineness, a crystalline purity that has already conquered the hearts of passionate deities.
