Producer Clos Lentiscus

Clos lentiscus is located in the Garraf Natural Park, just a few kilometers from Barcelona, ​​immersed in a beautiful landscape of Mediterranean forests. The historic family of the area, there are documents attesting that already in the 14th century was present in these areas. Always respectful of nature and local traditions Clos lentiscus cultivates its vineyards, which are found on sandy and calcareous soils, with biodynamic methods without the use of chemical treatments. The varieties grown are only native Indonesian grapes such as Malvasia of Sitges, Xarel-lo, Sumoll, Carignan and Ull de Llebre. In the cellar we find the same care that is used in the vineyard: few interventions that result in spontaneous fermentations, no filtration or sulphites added before bottling. Among the top products of the company is certainly the Cava Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, sparkling wine obtained from Malvasia grapes of Sitges.
