Le Marne's Gavi Oro is a wine produced with Cortese grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a calcareous clay soil positioned 350 meters above sea level. The refinement on the fine lees for a long time takes place first in cement and then in the bottle. The slight over-ripening in the plant combined with the prolonged permanence on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising aging potential. The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Camporenzo di Monte dall'Ora is a red wine obtained from the classic Veronese vines; Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella from the Camporenzo vineyard located on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. Aging for 4 months in small second / third passage wooden barrels and further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market. The color is ruby red with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long fruity finish.

Granato is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 15 months. It is bottled without filtration and no type of stabilization. The Pouilly Fumé Saint-Andelain by Domaine de Berthiers is a white wine that expresses the typical traits of sauvignon and above all the complexity and finesse typical of those who know how to make wine really well. Sangiovese by Massa Vecchia is an exciting wine, one of the best expressions of Sangiovese from the Maremma. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 3 weeks in conical chestnut vats. Refine for 30 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. A deep and elegant wine, with a full-bodied and energetic but always balanced sip, a great testimony of the union between Massa vecchia and the territory.

"Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

Domaine Robert Denogent's Pouilly Fuissé "La Croix" is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Burgundian sub-area of Maconnais, aged for 24 months in used oak barriques. The nose gives aromas of yellow peaches, citrus peel and fresh flowers, followed by notes of butter and dried fruit, revealing a full and substantial sip, refreshing and abundant mineral flavor.

The Marguet Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.
