The Marguet Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.
Grapes: 84% Pinot Noir, 16% Chardonnay.
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Aging: At least 24 months on the lees.

"Nino" is a wine obtained from pure red grapes which is aged in first and second passage French oak barriques for 16 months. On the nose elegant aromas of red fruit and flowers, with spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with well-blended tannins, and nice freshness. Persistent finish on fruity notes.

Centesimino is a red wine obtained from the Centesimino grape, also called Savignôn Rosso. Elegant wine with an intense ruby red color with garnet veins. On the nose we can recognize floral aromas with evident notes of rose and fruity, complex aromatic notes and character. The taste is warm, full-bodied, fruity, with a dry finish and a delicate bitter and saline nuancee.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Metodo Classico by Ca' dei Zago, produced since 2010 from Glera grapes from a single vineyard in San Pietro di Barbozza with 80-year-old vines. The Colline Novaresi DOC Spanna by Cantine del Castello Conti is a tasty and pleasant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Transparent ruby red wine. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with excellent freshness and good drinkability.

Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. The palate is warm, enveloping with good acidity and closes with a long persistence with mineral notes.
