Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. It has a ruby red color with intense aromas of red fruit, ink, black pepper and china. The palate confirms this spiciness and the fruity note remains in the mouth for a long time.

The Majas Rouge is a red wine obtained from a blend of Carignan and Grenache Noir. Refine for a few months in steel. "La Petite Gaulle du Matin" is a petillant naturel produced with a blend of Chenin and Chardonany. Fresh and simple, it is straw-yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose recognizes fruity, peach and floral aromas with light weeds. The sip is smooth and fresh, with a slightly savory finish.

"P" is a wine produced using red grapes from vineyards grown in biodynamic with an average age of 20 years. Fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The refinement continues for 12 months of aging in oak barrels. Guccione's "P" is intense ruby red in color. The nose recognizes hints of red fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant, full-bodied, round, with integrated tannin. Closes with a long and balanced finish.

Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

Söl by Barbacàn is an intense and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the Vlgella sub-area. It refines for 12 months in large barrels and has a transparent garnet red color.
