We taste Monte del Cucà at a temperature around 8/10 ° C. It is recommended to serve it in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Excellent with hors d'oeuvres, first courses, fish main courses, ideal with a baked sea bass.
Cellar: Giovanni Menti
The company Giovanni Menti is located in Gambellara, in the province of Vicenza. Historical company was founded by the grandfather of the current owner at the end of the eighteenth century, who began cultivating fruit plants, legumes, vegetables and grapes for the sake of livelihood of his family. After the Second World War the company passed under the hands of his son Antonio who understood the quality of the grapes produced, increased the production and began to vinify both dry and sweet wines. Antonio Menti, in 1964, was flanked by his son Gianni, who in the early seventies began bottling the wines. Since 2002 Giovanni has been helped for all the work, from the vineyard up to the bottling process, by his son Stefano. Today, the company Menti can count on eight acres of vineyards, all planted in Garganega and Durella, which grow on volcanic soils. The vineyards have been conducted since 2010, under a biodynamic regime, which gives excellent results on the quality of life of the agronomic system. In the cellar, they prefer spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts to obtain wines that represent the terroir. In addition to the sparkling wines, Giovanni Menti also produces gorgeous sweet wines and a Vin Santo from Gambellara. Since 2012 the company has decided to abandon the Gambellara Consortium and bottling all its wines as table wine
