"La Comédie" by Tenuta Foresto is a sparkling wine that is born with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It is produced from pure red grapes that come from old vineyards cultivated in a biodynamic regime, which are found on sandy and silty-marly soils. Spontaneous fermentation and bottling with the addition of must of the previous year so that with the arrival of the first warm ones, the second fermentation starts again with the formation of bubbles. La Comédie offers vinous aromas and small red berried fruits. In the mouth it gives an energetic sip, a marked acidity, and an excellent drink.
