Limina is a company founded in 1997 by Giuliano Micheletti and, starting in 2006, it has implemented a complete conversion to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The estate covers just three hectares of vineyards located above the hills of Trento. Giuliano produces wines closely linked to the territory respecting the natural rhythms and considers his work necessary to open the consumer to a new poetic dimension of agriculture finally free from the fashions and materialism of chemistry. The production is clear and simple: 3,000 bottles four wines: the white Limen, the red Limen and two Classic Method Dosaggio Zero "Fuori Schema" and "Man 283", with a permanence for both of 36 months on the lees.
