For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.19, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The B.19 cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2017 harvest from the Chervey cru. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks. It is rosé Champagne with a predominantly fruity, citrus and mineral aromatic profile. The sip is fresh and dynamic, but very soft.

Anarchia Constitutionale by Massa is a partially fermented grape must based on white grapes that proves sweet and with low alcohol content. Kπ Amphorae 100% by Daniel Ramos is a garnacha-based red wine which is vinified and aged for about 9 months in the classic tinaja. 3265 bottles produced. A wine with fruity aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate and strawberry, followed by notes of eucalyptus and spices. On the palate it has good minerality and refreshing acidity, silky tannins and a long finish.

Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Sur Le Sentier du Clou by Domaine Derain is a white wine made from chardonnay grapes that come from a small parcel of 0.20ha where we find the soil type of Saint-Aubin Village. Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Pecoranera ages for a few years in barrels of various sizes and then undergoes a very long aging process in the bottle, approximately 8 years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. It has an intense ruby color. The nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits followed by ethereal and spicy notes. The sip is warm, full-bodied, soft, with good freshness and with velvety tannins. Closes with a good length.
