Rosè and The Beast is a bottle refermented wine obtained from red grapes according to the bottle refermentation method. The grapes come from vineyards located on limestone and loamy soils at 350 m.s.l.m. First fermentation in steel tanks without maceration and refermentation in the bottle with the addition of must. A sparkling wine with a lively foam that expresses fresh floral notes and fragrant fruity scents to the nose, offering a pleasant olfactory bouquet. The taste is smooth, fresh and smooth, with good persistence and excellent drinkability. A wine synonymous with celebration and lightness.

The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.

Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

The "Principiante" of Santa Colomba is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in bottle from Garganega grapes. On the palate it is very fresh, sapid and well balanced.

Rosso by Le Coste is a wine made from local red grapes. After destemming, the grapes ferment on the skins for approximately three weeks, with periodic pumping over and punching down. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and aged in 10–20 hl chestnut and oak barrels for approximately a year, completing the refinement with an additional six months in the bottle before being released for sale.
