For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.19, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. TThe Guercio of Tenuta di Carleone is a 100% Sangiovese red wine, 100% Sangiovese from the "Mello" vineyard in Gaiole in Chianti, 700 m above sea level.
