Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a long finish.

“Erbatino” by Gueli It owes its name to the chalky soils rich in minerals, which in the local dialect are called “Erbatino”. Produced with Nero d'Avola grapes, it is vinified in concrete tanks, and refines for at least two years in oak barrels. It offers balsamic aromas to the nose from which various notes of aromatic herbs emerge, while in the background a light fruity nuance makes room. The taste is warm and consistent, guided by an evident but never invasive tannic texture.

The Rosantico Sette Anni in Botte di Bressan is a wine obtained from pure Moscato rosa grapes. It releases an intensely aromatic bouquet that initially recalls roses, then opens up into a symphony of red fruits and lime. A wine of astonishing elegance, very expressive and persistent.

Sarnin-Berrux's Gevrey-Chambertin is an important red wine of high lineage, son of the climat Aux Crovées. Complex, silky, but masculine with typical village features that recall licorice and spiciness. Deep and enjoyable. Cold maceration of whole bunches before the start of yeast activity, spontaneous fermentation in truncated conical oak vats and aging in used piéces for 12 months.

The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather. In the mouth it is full and tasty, fresh and well defined. Excellent closure, clean and persistent.

Brunello di Fonterenza is a work of biodynamic craftsmanship born from the ancient clay, marl, and schist soils of Montalcino. Vinified with spontaneous fermentations in oak and concrete vats, without any technological control, this Brunello is the portrait of a nature that resists and exalts itself. The nose is deep and sunny: black cherry preserved in alcohol, scorched Mediterranean scrub, and a bloody, mineral note that reveals its rocky origins. On the palate, it is powerful and enveloping, with noble tannins and a seemingly endless persistence. A "living" wine, unfiltered and imbued with the Tuscan soul, capable of transforming a difficult season into a sip of rare nobility and warmth.
