Sarnin-Berrux's Gevrey-Chambertin is an important red wine of high lineage, son of the climat Aux Crovées. Complex, silky, but masculine with typical village features that recall licorice and spiciness. Deep and enjoyable. Cold maceration of whole bunches before the start of yeast activity, spontaneous fermentation in truncated conical oak vats and aging in used piéces for 12 months.

Very balanced, mineral and enveloping, this white is supported by a good freshness and enchants the senses with its mineral and fruity aromas, with notes of apple and aromatic herbs. It is a wine to be enjoyed and appreciated at the end of the day in a nice large glass that can bring out the beauty of the sip.
