760m by Azienda Agricola Sciara is a red wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes which come from vineyards with an average age of 70 years. Refines for 19 months in oak tonneaux of various sizes and glass containers. A wine in which the aromatic intensity extends into sensations of stones and dried berries that emerge between a sensation of anchovy paste and ferrous notes. On the sip it is well structured and rich in substance. The pseudo-caloric sensation brings with it hints of figs and black fruits, saline notes and a woody finish. The wine expresses itself at its best at least half an hour after opening. Production of 4956 bottles.

Fedelie Bianco by Cantina Marilina is a wine that releases fruity and floral sensations, obtained from 100% Moscato grapes with the ancestral method. During the fermentation of the must, the sugars are checked and upon reaching the quantity necessary for the second fermentation, the wines are bottled and closed with a crown cap. At the end of fermentation and consequent second fermentation, the wines remain "sur-lie" for 6 months, or rather on their own yeasts. It is drunk that it is a pleasure for the carbonic which amplifies the juicy fruit.

The Rosso di Contrada Don Pasquale di Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

The Vino Bianco G by Barraco is a white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from a 2-hectare vineyard Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins varying from 36 to 72 hours depending on the year. From September to May it refines in the same tanks. Intense and intriguing aromas of spices, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, citrus fruits in jam and anchovy sauce on the nose. Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby ​​red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.

Massimo by Anforaje is a wine that tells of Massimo's love for Pantelleria, his passion for work and attention to detail. Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% zibibbo white wine that proves sapid, with fruity and Mediterranean scrub notes. The name derives from the different type of soil from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single sapling-trained vineyard, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) which were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in steel vats stainless. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.

Don Pippinu by Vini Scirto is a red wine obtained from grapes from a centuries-old vineyard, partly ungrafted, located on Etna. After the harvest which takes place around the first half of October, the grapes are fermented spontaneously in steel for around 10/20 days. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. The nose teases with red and fleshy fruit, recalling black cherries and berries. Initially it is rebellious and energetic, stirring herbaceous and spicy sensations inside, but then it stabilizes, becoming almost balsamic, fresh and with a suitable minerality. The tannic texture that pervades it makes it elegant and intriguing.
