Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from old vine growing under biodynamic conditions that grow on limestone soils with sand and clay. The fermentation takes place in ground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. Its aging in slavonian barrels continues for 12 months. Maldafrica is a ruby ​​red wine with scents that recall a Sicilian summer evening: spices, herbs and capers. In the mouth is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.

Service
