Terpin's Quinto Quarto Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine that reflects the magnificent Collio area. A wine with a rich personality that ages for 12 months in steel and in bottles without filtering and clarification before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose.
