Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels.
