Stenčnik takes its name from the *Stena* wind—the breeze that descends each evening from the rock face above Longera, bringing coolness to the vineyards during hot summer days. It is a distinctive feature of the local landscape that inspires the character of this wine. This white blend comes from an old family vineyard where, in keeping with farming tradition, different grape varieties were planted together, selected for how well they complemented one another. The result is a harmonious, elegant wine that tells the story of the place and reflects the authenticity of a cultivation method passed down through generations.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine that reflects the magnificent Collio area. Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose.
