Bianco Pop is a mineral and mineral wine obtained from Durello e Manzoni Bianco grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins lasts two days. Aging only in steel tanks. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. Loxarel’s A Pèl Parellada Montònega is a white wine made from 100% Parellada Montenega, fermented and aged in amphorae using only indigenous yeasts. Produced without added sulfites, filtration, or stabilization, it expresses the full purity of the grape variety and the terroir. It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish hues and may appear slightly hazy. On the nose, it releases notes of pink grapefruit, wild thyme, and Mediterranean scrub, while on the palate, it is fresh, creamy, complex, and persistent, with hints of white fruit.

Loxarel’s A Pèl Blanc is a white wine made from Xarel·lo grapes grown at the Can Mayol estate. Fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae using indigenous yeasts, it is produced without added sulfites, fining, or filtration, allowing the true character of the grape variety to shine through. In the glass, it displays a golden-yellow hue, sometimes with a slight haze. The nose offers notes of honey, honeycomb, and wild thyme, while the palate is fresh, structured, and complex, with a long-lasting finish.

Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. From the yellow color tending to golden with delicate and varietal aromas of flowers, lavender and hawthorn, in which the minerality of the soil and brackish and clay tones in the sun stands out. Delicate, fresh in the mouth supported by a nice flavor.

Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement.
