Stekar's Merlot is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from the Slovenian Collio. Refine for about a year in steel tanks. It is not filtered before being bottled. On the nose, notes of red fruit are perceived, in particular cherry, followed by mineral and vegetable hints. On the palate the sip is warm, soft and dry, with a good acidic shoulder. Excellent finish, ruby red color.

The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle after it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened and no sulfur is added before it is put on the market. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with lively bubbles. Classic aromas of bread crust, flowers and light mineral notes on the nose. The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Hand-bottled without filtration, bottle aging. Before being put on the market, it is decanted by hand from bottle to bottle. Intense ruby red color. Intense hints of red fruit and spices. On the palate it is structured and robust, elegant with pleasant tannins and a long persistence of spices and fruit.

Campo di Colonnello by Raina is a white wine macerated on the skins for 4 days and aged on its fine lees in vitrified cement tanks for 5 months. It is bottled without filtration or clarification. The sip is of excellent freshness, with sapid and mineral sensations, and a finish of beautiful persistence where the notes of exotic fruit return pleasant.

The White by Tourbillon de la Vie Blanc, which means "joust of life", is a wine made from pure Maccabeu grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley, located on granite and clay-limestone soils. The Baby Bandito Keep On Punching is obtained from old Chenin blanc vineyards planted in 1972. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and aging in the same. A straw yellow wine. The nose reveals very fresh and lively notes of citrus and white peach. The palate is fine, light and very fresh with a pleasant closing. Delicious and good, it immediately becomes impossible to find.

JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

"Teresa" is a very expressive red wine with a very pleasant bouquet produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel containers. Aging takes place for 12 months in old wooden barrels. Bottled without the use of sulfur dioxide addition or filtrations. Ruby red with light purple reflections, the nose expresses notes of red fruit, withered flowers and a slight spiciness.
