Wasenhaus' Grand Ordinaire Spatburgunder is Wasenhaus' new entry-level Pinot, and it's anything but ordinary! Winemaking takes place through carbonic maceration. Refines in used barrels for a short period before bottling. Unclarified, unfiltered and SO2-free.
