Grale by Le Grascete is an authentic Tuscan red wine, produced in the heart of Bolgheri from Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Merlot. "Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Fermentation is spontaneous and there are no filtrations. Refine 15 months in wood. It is still one of the most compelling Pinots around.

Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.

The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. Muster's Rosè is a fresh, light and personality wine obtained from a blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauer Wildbacher, native Austrian vines.
