Lune Noire ExtraBrut is a classic method born from Domaine Oinea's very long experience in sparkling wine production. Obtained from 100% Xinomavro grapes, it ages on the yeasts for 18-24 months before disgorgement. It offers a dynamic and carefree drink, characterized by a decisive fresh structure, permeated by subtle carbonic and persistent minerality. An extremely drinkable and versatile sparkling wine, to be served on all informal occasions but above all to adventurous palates, always looking for fascinating and never banal labels.

Service

It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 8/10° in tulip goblets. Daily wine but left in the cellar a few years can give you great emotions.
