After the manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and are subsequently macerated in tubs for two to six days depending on the harvest. Refines for 6 months in chestnut barrels. An enveloping wine full of personality, with a well-defined structure and a pleasant acidity that balances the softness of the tannins.
