Le Robbe - Giuseppe Cipolla
Le Robbe by Giuseppe Cipolla is a red wine that comes from a selection of Nero d'Avola grapes and a small part of Inzolia. After the manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and are subsequently macerated in tubs for two to six days depending on the harvest. Refines for 6 months in chestnut barrels. An enveloping wine full of personality, with a well-defined structure and a pleasant acidity that balances the softness of the tannins.
