Winery: Arcari & Dainesi
The Arcari & Danesi Farm is located in Coccaglio, in the heart of Franciacorta. Young reality but in reality the idea of developing it was born at the beginning of the 2000s, when John Arcari, a trading agent, and Nico Danesi, an oenologist from another company in Franciacorta, decided to create the "TerraUomoCielo" project with the aim of Produce the Franciacorta that reflect the character of those who produced them. In 2006, with the purchase of 5 hectares of vineyards and the creation of a winery made in the rock of the southern slope of Monfortino, officially started the project. The vineyards of Arcari & Dainesi are mostly found in Coccaglio where Cahrdonnay and the rest are grown in the commune of Capriolo where Pinot Nero and small quantities of Pinot Bianco are grown. In 2012 comes the first year with Arcari & Dainesi with Franciacorta Saten, followed by Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero and Franciacorta Pinot Nero Extra Brut.
