Karim Vionnet's Chiroubles is a high-altitude Gamay, ethereal and vibrant, made from 40-60 year-old vines rooted in granite and schist. The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.
