Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

Red Els by Els Jelipins is a red wine notable for its balance, with a nose that offers aromas of red fruit, accompanied by subtle balsamic, floral, cocoa and mineral hints. Medium bodied, warm, juicy and clean, with a firm but silky tannic structure. A long, voluptuous and fresh finish. Obtained from pure Sumoll grapes, it ages for 30 months in 10 hl foudres and 500 liter French demi-muid. No clarification or filtration, no addition of SO2.

Navaherreros Blanco is a white wine made from autochthonous grapes such as Albillo and Macabeo which come from old vines between the ages of 25 and 80. Refinement in used barrels for 12 months. The wine is not filtered or stabilized before being bottled. On the nose there are evident aromas of ripe yellow fleshed fruits, mineral, citrus and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is complex, balanced, fruity and fresh, with a long finish.
