Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Pecoranera ages for a few years in barrels of various sizes and then undergoes a very long aging process in the bottle, approximately 8 years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. It has an intense ruby color. The nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits followed by ethereal and spicy notes. The sip is warm, full-bodied, soft, with good freshness and with velvety tannins. Closes with a good length.

"Rossore" by Cantina Iuli is a fragrant wine of good freshness obtained from red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks with the only use of indigenous yeasts, with maceration on the skins for 12-15 days. Aging for 16 months in second passage French oak barriques. Rossore has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose aromas of red fruits, notes of spices and flowers. On the palate it is warm with good freshness, lively tannins and beautiful body. Closes intense and balanced.
