The Etcetera, Etcetera by Momento Mori is a red wine composed of a blend of about 14 red and white grapes. As each variety is harvested and brought to the cellar, it is fermented and added to that of the day before in order to have a perpetual fermentation. A savory, fresh, energetic and very complex wine. Drink it fresh!

"Noir de Florette" is a fresh and light red wine that comes from Adelaide Hill, and is produced with 100% Pinot Nero grapes. It has a ruby red color.
