The "Eretico di San Donatino" wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon which stands out for its complex aromatic profiles. O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Grapes: 40 %Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Grigio e 30% Sauvignon.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 42 months in oak big barrels, then 18 months in bottle.
