The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. Nocenzio is a red wine made from Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After fermentation, the wine is assembled in French oak barrels where it remains for about a year. Bottled without clarification or filtration. The nose reveals notes of small red fruits, plum jam, black cherry with pleasant hints of cocoa, mint and juniper berries. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied, with a good structure and with powerful tannins in youth. Generally it offers a feeling of elegance and austerity that increases with aging in the bottle.e.

Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. It is repotted at the end of March and then bottled in early April. The nose is vinous with aromas of cherries and violets, flanked by an ancient cellar perfume. On the palate it is full, with a good acid vein and gives that refined thirst-quenching sensation typical of old-time wines. it has a deep ruby red color. Vigna Vecchia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from old Trebbiano Spoletino vines which ages in cement tanks. Golden yellow in color, with a unique, slow and neutral character in youth, it is refined acquiring mineral notes of great purity and a strong reference to the viscerality of the territory. In the mouth it is acidic and salty.

PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.

Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.
