Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

Stekar's Merlot is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from the Slovenian Collio. Refine for about a year in steel tanks. It is not filtered before being bottled.
