Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Kπ Amphorae 100% by Daniele Ramos is a garnacha-based red wine which is vinified and aged for about 9 months in the classic tinaja. 3265 bottles produced. A wine with fruity aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate and strawberry, followed by notes of eucalyptus and spices. On the palate it has good minerality and refreshing acidity, silky tannins and a long finish.

EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Macabeu by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh sparkling wine from Catalonia that is appreciated for its freshness and minerality. Greco di Subur Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an elegant and fruity vintage sparkling wine made from Malvasia de Sitges grapes. It has a fine perlage with a golden yellow color. The nose is marked by a fruity character with tropical fruits in particular and fine notes of pastry. On the palate the entrance is fresh, enveloping with good body and pleasant creaminess, long and fruity finish.

"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.
