Yann Chave's Crozes-Hermitage Rouge is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. After racking, it refines for 10 months in exhausted 500-litre barrels. On the nose hints of red fruit, cherry, with notes of tobacco, Taggiasca pâté, black pepper and floral notes. In the mouth it is elegant and slender, soft tannins with beautiful freshness.

Condrieu by François Dumas is a rich and complex white wine based on 100% Voigner. Grapes that come from a small vineyard located on granite and limestone soil. It refines some months in a cement tank before being bottled without filtration. The Côtes du Rhône "Poignée de raisins" has a garnet red color. On the nose the bouquet expresses aromas of ripe red fruit and small berries. The sip is fragrant, with juicy and crunchy fruit, good tannins and closing with great freshness.
