Yann Chave produces his wines inspired by tradition. Use only organic fertilizers. No herbicides. No anti-mold fungicides. Treatments in the vineyard are reserved for emergencies. The yeasts used are native ones, in order to enhance the expression of the territory. Yann favors the search for finesse and elegance in his wines. Wines therefore capable of discreetly pairing with dishes - as they say in France "vins de gastronomie". Not power, but balance; and when balance marries complexity, we get closer to great wines.
