Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with young tannins and good freshness. It closes with a long and fresh finish.

The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. The grapes used are a blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Susamaniello. Refines in the same tanks for a period of 18 months. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. At the sip it is inviting, juicy, allowing it to show its fresh and fragrant aromas of wild fruit, wild herbs and Mediterranean scrub with delicate marine echoes in the background. Bizona is a young and carefree red wine, made from Primitivo grapes. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation.
