Campo di Raina is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from the Di Campo Raina vineyard. Aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and finally 6 months in bottle before being put on the market. The nose expresses notes of red fruit where blackberry, currant, black cherry jam and spicy hints are recognized. In the mouth it is warm, robust, enveloping with impetuous tannins at a young age that will become fine with the passage of time, a persistent finish with fruity hints. Is of a deep ruby red color. The Trubiano from Conestabile della Staffa is a white wine macerated from pure Trebbiano grapes. It is amber in color. On the nose the aromas are very intense, with typical oxidized notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, caramelized, and spices. On the palate it is fascinating, fresh, elegantly tannic and persistent.
