The Burbero has a unique character where mature notes are the basis of its charm. The nose scents are of dried fruit and dried flowers and in the mouth the taste is firm and dry. Long finish where cloves, dried plums and salt return.

A pure Sangiovese from old vines, naturally vinified using spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, with no added sulfur. It undergoes an 8-day maceration on the skins and is aged first in glass-lined concrete tanks and then in large wooden casks. Fresh, juicy, and dynamic, with aromas of cherry, violet, earth, and aromatic herbs, and fine tannins. An elegant, authentic red wine that is incredibly drinkable.
