The Barbera del Monferrato by Cantina Auriel is crafted from 100% Barbera grapes grown in the heart of Monferrato. Hand-harvested and vinified through spontaneous fermentation, it slowly ages in large oak casks, following the natural rhythm of time. In the glass, it shines with an intense ruby red hue and violet reflections. The bouquet reveals notes of dark berries, balsamic herbs, and licorice. On the palate, it is full and vibrant, supported by freshness and savory minerality, with a persistence that invites another sip. The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, typical aromas of red fruit, blueberry, cherry, blackberry and vegetable notes. On the palate it is vinous, fresh, with unobtrusive tannins, it closes long with an almondy finish.

Aging: 4 months in steel tanks and 6 months in bottle.
