Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom.
