Pinot Blanc by Gérard Schueller is a wine that gives notes of white flowers and is fresh and mineral on the palate. Refining for about 9 months in barrels, on the lees. Obviously by Bruno the wine is bottled without filtration and obviously without sulfur.

100% Gewurztraminer from 30-50 year old vines located on different clayey-limestone plots. Manual harvest, and in the cellar, direct pressing, fermentation in vats, and aging on the lees for 8 months. Zero sulfur, no filtration. A mineral, saline wine that offers great tension.
