Spontaneous fermentation of de-stemmed grapes in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 15 days. Aging in amphora for 12 months and then in bottle. The wine is bottled by hand without any clarification or filtration.st.

Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Aging for 6 months on the skins in the classic Georgian Kvevri. Exotic nose with hints of grapes, tea, citrus fruits and spices. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.
