Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Oltretorrente's philosophy is to produce it with spontaneous fermentations, no maceration on the skins or manolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine. Bianco 'Versante Nord' is an Etna white obtained from a blend of Minella, Catarratto, Carricante, Coda di Volpe, Grecanico and Inzolia. Refine for 8 months in large exhausted barrels. Interesting and multiple aromas on the nose ranging from fruity and citrus notes to hay and chamomile, followed by hints of flint. At the sip it stands out for its citrine freshness, its enveloping body and its long persistence.

Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. The Perfranco is a fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

Stekar's Merlot is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from the Slovenian Collio. Refine for about a year in steel tanks. It is not filtered before being bottled. Excellent finish, ruby red color.
